At first, Emma stood next to the mighty excursion steamers in the large hall. Sports boats were no longer to be stored there. Emma was therefore brought to the former engine hall on the blue flat wagon shown here.

The window frames are taking shape. To provide stability against jostling in the lock, I have integrated a solid 'hat shelf' into the construction above the windows.
I had a lot of fun building the coaming out of mahogany. As with all the other wooden parts, I glued it together from various strips to ensure stability.
